What files can you use?
Acceptable file types are:
*adobe illustrator .ai
*adobe illustrator .eps
*adobe photoshop .psd
*.pdf
*.jpg
*.tif
We may be able to use other file types, but art charges may apply.
Is there a setup charge?
Setup is $50 for up to 10,000 stitches with a 24 piece minimum order. Stitch counts above 10,000 are $8/1000. Orders of fewer than 24 pieces will be charged $8/1000 stitches. (i.e; if you have a 4500 stitch logo, your setup will be $36.00). There is no limit to the amount of thread colors used.
Is there a minimum purchase required?
There is a 24 piece total minimum on all custom decorated orders.
How long does it take?
Turnaround time on custom decorated items is usually 7-9 business days, plus ship time to your location.

Setup is $25 minimum. Process color jobs require separations. Please send us your artwork for a quote.
Is there a minimum purchase required?
There is a 12 piece total minimum on all custom decorated orders.
How long does it take?
