    Fifth Region Officials Supplies, in good faith, reserves the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions of a product. We make every effort to insure the accuracy of our website. However, typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction. In the event that a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a similar brand or product of equal or greater value. In either case, we will attempt to inform you at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to limit product quantities to dealers, and actual shipping charges will apply. Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Items with the SALE! notation are temporary price reductions, good for a limited time.


    Shipping and Handling
    Most all our products are shipped via UPS or USPS. This means that a street address must be provided during the checkout process. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight of the order and the destination ZIP code. The calculations we use are based on UPS rates.


    How long will it take to get my products?
    Upon payment, when products ordered are in stock. it may take 24 to 48 hrs before they are shipped from the store. In cases where the wait may be longer due to unforseen circumstances, you will be contacted.


    Exchanges
    You MUST contact us within 14 days of the purchase date. The item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping in both directions. Call us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER first to set up the exchange. You may not be allowed an exchange without prior approval and a Return Authorization Number.


    Returns
    Products must be returned within 10 days from the date the product was received. We will have a deilvery confirmation from the carrier, which will govern the 10 day period. The item(s) must be unused and still in the original packaging. No refunds will be allowed if not in original package. Product will be returned at the customers expense. Refunds will be minus the shipping charges (pro-rated) and a 15% restocking charge. Your credit card account will be credited within 7-10 business days from receipt of merchandise. If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a refund check within 10-14 working days. You must call Fifth Region Officials Supplies first to set up ANY return. Items can only be returned if the product is in its original condition with the tags still connected. Items can be shipped back to us using any carrier you prefer. Repackage the item in the same fashion it was shipped to you. We are not responsible for any lost packages or damage to returned items. You will have to file a claim with your shipping carrier. We will return damaged items to you at your expense. Please secure proper insurance on your returns.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Fifth Region Officials Supplies ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. The choice of shipping carrier is at the discretion of the Fifth Region Officials Supplies. Shipments can take up to 5 business days to reach their intended destinations.

    Priority shipping is available Monday through Friday and for in-stock items ONLY. Priority orders MAY NOT be shipped to a P.O. Box. If you require priority shipping, please send an email with “Priority Shipping” in the subject line, including your order number, credit card information and date you need your items by to: customerservice@fifthregionofficials.com. We will quote you the current estimated price.

    Orders (including Air) are shipped within 2 business days after they are placed: (Example, orders placed on a Tuesday are shipped by Thursday, and orders placed on Friday are shipped the following Monday.


    Pleases be aware that it is always possible that ground shipping can take 5-7 business days from the shipping date to arrive, depending on your delivery location. We are not responsible for delays in shipping.
    No Saturday deliveries.
    *Actual shipping prices may be higher than listed during check-out. You will be notified via e-mail or telephone by one of our customer service representatives with the new shipping amount before you are charged any additional fees.

    Backorders
    We take great strides to keep a full line of inventory throughout the year. In the event that an item needs to be backordered, we will make every effort to ship the product as quickly as possible, and we will pay the extra freight charges that incur (special orders, embroidery, alterations, or application of numbers or plackets do not apply). We will not accept backorders for items when delivery time is uncertain or when the scheduled delivery is not in the near future. CLOSEOUT! items will not be backordered and are sold out permanently when gone.

    All Special and Closeout items are available on the internet. Quantities are limited and there is no guarantee that special and/or closeout items are in stock at the time of your order. In addition, there is no warranty on Special or Closeout items. ALL SALES FINAL. No refunds, no returns, no exchanges. There is a minimum shipping charge of $10.95. If the actual cost of shipping is more than $10.95 then you may be charged that additional amount at the time of shipping. You will be contacted if shipping is greater than was calculated at check-out.


    SPECIAL INFORMATION ON RETURNS:
    Items must be returned in the original packaging. A 25% fee will apply to unpackaged items or for damaged packaging. We ask that you try each item on before wearing it in game conditions. Once an item is worn, it cannot be returned or exchanged except if there is an obvious manufacturer’s defect in the workmanship. We strongly suggest that you try shoes on a carpeted floor to assure proper fit. Shoes may not be returned after they are worn outside or in game use except if there is an obvious defect in the workmanship. Please be aware that shoes may only last one season depending on the frequency and manner in which they are worn. Undergarments (compression shorts/tights, athletic briefs/jocks) may not be returned due to the nature of these garments. Hats must be returned in a sturdy box. You may not return any item that has been personalized, monogrammed, lettered, slacks that have been hemmed, or hats that have been creased. Washed or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless defect is present.
